Job Description

 
  • Timely collection and planning of orders & co-ordination for payments from all regions/ Distributors in line with objectives
  • Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain Sales history of concerned regions/zone and distributors
  • Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/ zonal reports
  • Effective co-ordination with all regions/ Distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement & clearance certificates as per SOP
  • Timely circulation of TTS budget and trade promotions to sales team. Compilation of TTS spending, its evaluation and reporting
  • Help Sales team on reporting sales analysis, RSF, Sales volume shares, bottom up as per the business needs
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field sales
  • Demonstrated an effective command on MS Office i.e. Excel, Power Point
